- Are the prices on the Services page final?
- No. They are approximate charges in USD to help you plan. We issue a formal estimate or statement of work after we understand scope, timelines, and any compliance needs.
- Do you only work with Java?
- Java and the JVM ecosystem are our core strength for backends and integrations. We also integrate with front-end stacks, databases, message brokers, and cloud-native services on AWS and Azure as the project requires.
- Who pays for cloud usage on AWS or Azure?
- Typically, cloud provider invoices pass through to you, while our fee covers architecture, setup, and ongoing management as agreed. We can help set budgets, alerts, and reserved instances where appropriate.
- What does a maintenance retainer include?
- It usually covers agreed response times, a monthly allowance of engineering hours, patching cadence, and coordination for incidents. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately or tracked against an additional bucket.
- Can you help buy or transfer a domain?
- Yes. We assist with registrar selection, registration or transfer, DNS records, and alignment with hosting and email. Registrar fees are typically annual and billed at cost unless bundled.
- How do we start?
- Send a short note via Contact with your goals and constraints. We will suggest a discovery step — sometimes paid, sometimes a brief complimentary triage — before larger commitments.
